This thing is huge - about the size of a basketball...

My 'obsessed with animal planet' son informed me they will all be dead by winter and then we can take the nest down and check it out - and it seems he's right from what I've read... so... I guess we are letting them be for now... kind of creepy that one was looking at me though!
