Photo a Day, 17 July 2006... I had to buy a new nosel for our hose today and so I made a trip to the garden shop... they had the most incredibly color dephinium there, not that you can tell from this shot... I just loved the detail in the b/w of this. In color the details just seemed to get washed away with too much information... Below is another shot in color - where it looks like some alien lifeform with weird movie lighting - but actually that is just the strong color of this flower..
