Photo a Day, 11 June 2006...Soaring - on cloud 9 after actually seeing the shots I took this afternoon... I've never been too hopeful of my birds in flight shots or egrets with their white feathers but when I saw the results from today I almost cried - Thanks so much to pbase and this pad making my camera seem like an extension of myself! I might never managed to get everything to work out right like this again - I'm still a bit amazed... ok and obviously excited ;)

Not only did I get the Osprey in flight but also caught an Egret in flight as well as the same Egret right after he caught himself a shiny fish and quickly swallowed it. I wasn't sure if I captured it with the fish while out - I literally squealed when I saw at home that I had..
