Shelter in Place Effect in CA
Stay At Home orders for non-essential workers took effect 3-19-20. Traffic was greatly reduced during the morning commute.
Looking west (from El Curtola overpass, Lafayette/Walnut Creek boarder) above Hwy 24 at 8:26 AM, on Monday 3-23-20.
West bound traffic to San Francisco. East bound goes to I680 that goes Northbound to Concord south heading toward San Jose. This is normally bumper to bumper.
