This butt ugly weather-vane is in an adult community that has a large abundance of wild turkeys & Canada Geese.
Would a designer pick this or was it smashed by flocks of large birds? UGLY!

Definitely abstract, strange choice of decoration - maybe the designer was given a free place in the complex....?

They should install more security cameras. The lines of that place are not quite destroyed enough by the ones I can see from your picture. I mean really, if you are going to make a place ugly, install more cameras! :) And yes, that is butt ugly.
