The seal has failed resulting in haziness between the panes, not too bad looking since it's obscured glass. Worst is the placement is poor, too close to the left wall so that the W/D cabinet blocks it. Rossmoor has approved the new window be moved over 8". YEAH! A standard size W/D won't block the view of new window that will have slider portion on the left side cause of better view.
