This is a south looking view from the carriage house at a bed and breakfast in Bonner Springs. It should be easy to spot the "Almost" in this one.
I've done numerous electrical additions and repairs here over the years and now she has a serious and expensive repair looming. The underground feed from the main house to the carriage house got damaged, possibly by a lightning strike and has to be replaced. $2000.00 or so for the directional boring and conduit install and about the same for me to pull in a new circuit and upgrade the building service from a single 120 volt 20 amp feed to a 100 amp 120/240 volt panel.
The added power will help whenever her daughter brings over the Air Stream to rent out as a additional room from time to time which constantly tripped the breaker previously due to excessive voltage drop due to the distance.
