The Loser of the Race

The main pack of horses had just gone by, and I was trying to get a clean shot of the loser. But one horse had just gone past me on the rail, kicking up a cloud of dust and dirt - which I didn't want and spoiled the photo.

They do have betting there. We go there on the day of the Kentucky Derby when we can also bet on that race. As for this horse, I doubt I bet on it. I recall I did ok that day - but all the details are lost in history. I know that I don't bet on the quarter horses - they are really tough to pick. Jim
