My Bad

Oops sorry hun I had a problem toasting the hamburger buns tonight.
I posted this photo on Facebook with the following multiple choice quiz.

A Grill was too hot.
B Got distracted.
C Head up the ass.
D All of the above

The burgers were turkey burgers and they turned out just fine but I got distracted and was about 1 minute too long on the buns in the back where it's hotter. Our grill is a propane char Broil infrared plate style and I've really enjoyed it because it heat up and cooks fast and leaves the meats tender and juicy. Generally when I buy a grill I only keep it until parts start to wear out then toss it and get a new one but this one is different. I recently ordered new emitter plates and cooking grates and it's like new again, sort of anyway. It does have some hot spots, like many grills but I'm accustom to it and rotate what I'm cooking around the grill during the cooking. Paul

All joking aside, I'd be fine eating the less charred side. Dare I ask how the hamburgers turned out?

I forgot. There is a version of B I call Senior Daydreaming; not to be confused with Senior Moments. Senior Daydreaming probably deserves it's own position on your list.
