I prefer the Wolf over the Viking, and we got a good package deal. The inner ring covers the range from simmer to low. Medium to high adds the outer. All four burners are similarly configured. Dave

I’ve seen a lot of Viking stoves in higher end homes but no Wolfs so I’m not familiar with them even tho I know they are made by Sub Zero. I see a small inner ring flame along with the large outer flame. Are you able to have the small inner flame on independently of the outside ring? Paul
