Went for a hike and found a pine tree that was destroyed by pine beetles and cut down by park service along the Indian Creek trail.

This is a beauty. I had some of these back in MN, some old maples. But these are hard to find in SE Arizona. And when you do, the rings are really close together - little rain here. Jim
