Barred Owl

So many things wrong.
iso 2500, backlit, branches poking in all directions.
Darn birds never sit in the "good" spot.

For stabilizing this, I was sideways in the passengers seat of a Subaru Outback.
At 6-3, not an easy thing to do.

The better version is in pending with a lot of the branches removed.
But I thought that looked "to good" for the challenge. (if that makes any sense)

BTW, the content aware tool in CS6 worked really well for this.
it wasn't perfect, but it greatly reduced the time I would have spent using the stamp tool.

Agreeing with Dave, I wouldn't be ashamed to call that one mine. 1/100 at 600 mm, you must have been using a tripod or some stabilization method. Paul

That's a really good "bad" picture, IMO
