I was going to say either your a birder or your not, I'm not. Saw a large red tailed hawk in a tree along the highway recently and pulled over. He looked my way and no sooner than I stuck the lens out the window he took flight. Guess my truck wasn't very a well disguised bird blind. Paul
Traveller - thanks a lot. Shooting birds has taught me patience. You sometimes stand around for a long time before they settle down and get in a good position for a photo. In addition, I've learned to shoot a lot of frames. Jim
I suppose this is my favorite, and the one proceeding with the bird on the ground.
This is really good work by you, Jim, you may have a knack for this, (as in seriously, we are all good at different types of shots...I sincerely think these are superior)
