Financial - 1st Place

Spent a few hours chasing the light on my day off. Long exposure, around 5pm. Stayed till 8, but decided to try a different spot. Will go back here again.

Yes, I was wondering about that cloud movement! Nice...Traveller

I like motion of the clouds the long exposure provides. Quite nice. Sometimes add an ND Grad filter as well. Balances out the brighter sky.

28 seconds is a pretty long exposure....I was curious at how long it took to produce that very nice water effect....thanks....Traveller

Thanks for all the kind comments. Was going to update exif this morning. You guys beat to it ;)
f11/28sec/iso100 , @4:30pm with the 10stop ND filter. Got luck as the sun escape behind the clouds for a bit. It's definitely a shot that works better in b/w than color. I was going for a pastel/warm look but upon taking the photo, I decided it's best to stay till 7:30pm and see what happens, ultimately leaving at 8:30. I was just split between this and another location. I should've come back to this one.

Excellent capture and pp. I like the overall scene you composed; lots to study; an almost quiet look at NYC.

Good leading lines also...but could I have a full exif if possible? Thanks, Traveller

No need to go back again, You win.....lol

This spectacular and a different view of NYC....not an easy task itself.

Kudos, Traveller
