For those of you who do not know what a sampler is, they were often embroidered on linen and included letters and numerals often with a pic of one's home. there was also other important information in these unique wall hangings. ( I had one from the 1800's hanging in my girlhood home for several years.) My own modern "sampler" shows a pic of my daughter and family hanging directly above the plant that had a few leaves at the top indicating this present generation. I used the textured app to give it that antiqued look.
