Thanks, all. This fellow sits inside a large roadside farm stand just outside the German-themed "touristy" town of Leavenworth, a bit east of the Cascade mountain range. If you put a quarter in the slot that is just to the right of the image, he will tell you a story.
Actually I think it's possibly the friendliest looking scarecrow I have ever seen! Wonderfully vibrant colours, I like this very much. Regards, -Najinsky
