Regarding the Shadows raised, I think I have one like this around here anyway..but the point was to me this a luminous beacon in the night...I pulled some PS Curves to get here.

Yes, just up from Disney Hall.

Taxes often Mean Public Good...Since I'm going to be dead anyhow, I'd like to see a better world left behind. The question to my mind is that America has forgot how to ask, What is a Good Society, what is a Just Society? To me these are the only concerns that matter.

(ps I get nothing on the public dime...)

The problem with this park is what to do with it after dark and in reference to the homeless?

A really severe problem.

Those are under lit hand rails, very expensive and as you might guess cost is never a problem affording when the public tax dollars are funding it.

I think I saw this place under construction when I was in LA earlier this year. Is that close to that unusual looking Disney place there downtown? Paul

That's an interesting effect. Are those lights built into the rails or is it reflection? Either way, it's a nice capture but I would be interested to see it with the shadows raised a little. Regards, -Najinsky.
