Hi all - thank you very much for your kind comments. I have no idea if this thing on his check is normal or not. That was quite a big population of monkeys living on a small hill (with a temple on the top) in the middle of a small town Prachuap Khiri Khan. Some monkeys did have similar things (most smaller size), some didn't. They get food from the people, I think the hill where they live is far to small to provide enough food even for one monkey family
