I thought as well about brightening the sand; but that might have diminished the contrast with the chairs, the red of which, BTW, I had to intensify quite a bit with the "Selective Color Correction" tool to get the viewer's attention there... I agree, I think this is the best of the 3 shots. Great composition and mood. I have always been of fan of moving the subjects like the chairs well off center; especially when you have the two horiz lines created by the beach and sky.
Part of me wanted a bit brighter sand, but after thinking more, it might have detracted from the mood.
I certainly like your Basilica, (and tin can), bu this....has meaning deep....excellently done...not just found, but done, completed...as art. Traveller
