michael---imo,the highlight on the petal is bright enough to catch the viewer's first glance. all the other elements are supporting the "story" and certainly the bare stems (which i personally love), are just enough to make the image more unique. i like the detail on the vase which also serves to support my interest in the composition. shu
Really great to see a new entry form you Michael. I like the story telling here, with the fallen leave, but the strong pattern on the vase competes for attention and I struggle to integrate it into the story. Regards, -Najinsky
