Somehow I missed this entry. I love the colors, content, timing, composition and the one lonely soul walking through your shot. Paul A.

Great shot, Leo! Gotta love the composition and spot on exposure. The entrance of the arch on the left welcomes the eyes and makes it glide right through the shot.

Perfect time of day for balancing the natural light with the man-made light. Interesting patterns and excellent composition.

Wonderful golden hour light! I love the slinky curves. You got the composition perfect and even found a person to add perspective (just in case)! What an exquisite shot. Penny Street

Thanks guys, I really appreciate your comment. This is of the Ferguson Center on the campus of Christopher Newport U. There are a wonderful set of arches that go along the front of the building in a half-moon circle.

I've always viewed this image (and a few others taken in the series) as the ones that got away. The black shadows are too grainy. I could never figure out why. There seemed ample light; 1/2 sec. exposure as an ISO of 200 is not pushing any limits. I will have to get back there sometime to try again. -- Leo

This is almost art....I admire this very much...that you saw it, that you processed this as you have. Best Wishes, Traveller
