The scene is excellent, Stan, but I also can see a broad halo around the balloon (in addition to the narrow sharpening halo). If you have PS, you could try to mask out the balloon and stamp away the halo with a soft stamp, set to darken mode; I think this would give a better result than the burn tool. -Gerald
