J'adore ce genre de photo de choréographie urbaine... :)
En dehors de l'intérêt humain, elle a un caractère architectural très pittoresque, depuis la façade pleine de déétails intéressants, jusqu'au motif en mosaïque sur le sol.
La lumière et les couleurs ne sont pas en reste.

I love this picture -- it expresses as much about Porto, its character and style, as it does about the nature of personal space, and urban anonymity. As I noted in my response to your comment on my picture, "people cross paths in Porto and Guilin and rarely even offer each other a flicker of recognition. We are all islands unto ourselves, ships passing in the night. That's what both of us are really saying in these images"

Excellent picture. In this one you show the pavement, you find in no other country, you freeze a slice of time, the first quarter of 20th century( by the way the exact date is 1917) , you show a classic Porto`s old shop.This picture shows the mood of a town, a date , a style . You may find similar, in Paris, but not equal.
