Today was Sunday, and my wife cooked the customary Sunday roast – this time it was roast loin of pork, roast potatoes, roast parsnips,
with carrots, cauliflower, runner beans, gravy and apple sauce. Afterwards, she complained that I didn't take a photograph of it!
I don't have an endoscopic lens for my camera, so by that time I couldn't take any pictures of the food, but here's a photo of what
was left – as you can see, it was delicious.
