This has to be the easiest pudding ever – just two ingredients and no cooking!
With an electric hand whisk, beat together a pint (600 ml) of double (heavy) cream and 3 or 4 large spoonfulls of Nutella, until thick and stiff.
Spoon into ramekins and chill in the refrigerator for several hours. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped toasted hazelnuts.
This will make about 8 servings, depending on the size of your ramekins.
