Moscow State Historical Museum of Russian history from prehistoric to present-day, through
priceless artworks acquired by the Romanov dynasty. The building dates from 1875-81,
and the museum was opened in 1894 to commemorate the coronation of Tsar Alexander III.

The statute in front of the museum is Marshal of the Soviet Union Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov.
