Mandrogi

Mandrogi. We're still on the Svir River, where Mandrogi is a relatively new “village” built by
Russian entrepreneurs to cater for the tourist trade. It’s a favourite stop for cruise ships
traveling the river route between St Petersburg and Moscow. All rather kitsch. Not helped by
the incessant rain on the day we visited.

Very unique looking though. And again such attention to detail in the architecture.

Looks a bit of a hodge-podge between European and Asian styles.
