Autumn has left the building

Well not quite, But us Brits love talking about the weather,so today all the conversation was about how much snow people had in their locality in the past 24 hours. "oh that's nothing" was a commonly heard phrase. For the record we had about 2 inches maximum. But it was very very early for the UK.

Shot was taken overlooking the Wear Valley from Bishop Auckland.

Great title and a nice wintery scene - that's about the most snow we ever get!
Guest 25-Nov-2010 20:40
I seemed to be right in the middle of it, I left early for work in some pretty bleak conditions and was doing great until I got to Chester-le-Street and the roads hadn't been treated.
Nowt worse than being late for work even though you left half an hour early.
