This building has featured on PBase before. Johnny Jag pictured it in daylight. It sits on the end of a row of Terrace houses in a very modest area of Bishop Auckland. Surrounded on one side by a Scrap metal merchant and the other by a car dealer its charm is lost in its surroundings. However I think at night when you can't see any of this, it looks great.
Just don't turn the lights on.
