When I was living in the Netherlands I used to cycle every day to my work.
Irrespectively of the weather type.
I battled through many snow, hail and rain storms.
But it took my mind out of everyday-working life stress.
I miss it now.
Cycling eats up calories
Cycling is a good way to lose those unwanted pounds.
Steady cycling burns approximately 300 calories per hour.
If you cycle for 30 minutes every day you would burn 11 pounds of fat in a year.
