Chico's Senator Theatre Tower was removed because it was a safety hazard. It took
several years but it was eventully replaced.

Shot at the Downtown Chico Thursday Night Market.

It's a stunning piece of architecture so I'm really glad they decided to replace it. What was the safety problem? Was it about to topple over?
