I would guess there were probably 20 or so "Genii" busy helping customers.
Their service was by appointment, or you could take a number and wait. Our wait was no more than 15 minutes.
I seriously doubt any of these brilliant guys were over 30, and they exuded confidence in their ability to solve problems.
