A photographer takes a picture of one of Fernand Leger's large compositions of monumental figures
that are typical of the machine-like quality in much of his work.
This picture's title comes from the two relatively small brilliantly colored parrots that are held by acrobats.
Leger's canvases are often huge and seem harsh and cold, but are powerful and heavy in their presentation,
almost making machines out of people.
