I think Chicagoan's sometimes take Wrigley Field for granted, because it is so convenient to get to and centrally located in the middle of a neighborhood. Baseball fans from all over the world flock to Wrigley to see a game in one of the oldest stadiums in the country.
I personally like Wrigley Field because it is a great place to see a game in a smaller, older stadium with character, and because the crowd is there to not only see baseball but to have a good time. I have been over-served many times at games there, and have contributed to the reputation that has given Wrigley the nickname "Worlds Biggest Beer Garden".
It is a great place to be with friends on a sunny weekend, taking in one of the many great things Chicago has to offer.
