These are side shoots taken from Sungold Tomato plants in early May. After removing them, I dusted them with rooting hormone & stuck them into some Jiffy plugs. I kept them very moist & covered the dish with clingfilm.
Despite very warm weather over the next few days, they not only survived but quickly developer small rootlets which are now emerging from the Jiffy plugs!
