nicely done. The whites are a close call, but I can still see detail in them. I might tone them down a tad--not by burning--but with a levels adjustment, moving the bottom slider in to the right. But I think it looks very nice. I like the platter for the texture and interest it adds.

Very nice Ron. I like the composition and subject matter. The whites don't looked blown out on my monitor either.

Looks very tasty! And I like the composition, too :) I'm just not sure about the slant of the edge of the plate? Higher on the right hand side - I think it would look better even on both sides :)
