One of four dog ticks I found on my legs after hiking through a local wooded area.
After a day, the count is now up to 6 and one of my two dogs had 10 while the other had none.

I have never looked at one under maginfication before- good shot with nice details.

Ewwwweww. I pulled two from my temple and leg last week after mowing the lawn. They are vicious this year. I didn't think to take a picture, though, great shot! Kathie
