Owlfly Larvae - Ululodes sp.

Wildcat Ridge WMA, NJ

Tiny but fearsome-looking little bugs. The papery white things are the empty eggs that they hatched out of, and the little spikes on the right end of the stick are infertile eggs the mother lays as food for the young owlflies.
