One of the great surprises for me was the permanent moth light (blacklight positioned over a vertical white sheet) set up in the laboratory clearing. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the pickings were fairly slim, and when we walked by the sheet there were usually only 2 or 3 small moths on it.
