I am Vonda Kay Brock's sister and I have had the pleasure of visiting Scotland. My husband and I visited in 2000, we had the most wonderful trip and fell in love with this beautiful place. Thank you for the wonderful pictures.

Oh My Goodness! I am long in the tooth but my ancestors bones rest in Scotland and I know my ancestral lines far back into the thistle! You have given my heart the bravery, my eyes the beauty and my ears the ever currling pipes of this wonderful place. My sister has visited Scotland and one of our ancestral castles, Dunnottor, but I have yet to make it there, until then I will just look at these wonderful pictures and thank you again and again for the eye in your own heart that sees and captures such beauaty.

Wow, first can I say that those pics are just breathtaking! I personally have never been to Scotland before, but I hope to travel there one day. I never really thought of Scotland before, until I started dating someone in college that is very much into his Scottish heritage. After listening to him talk about Scotland so much, I decided to research some history and realized that I am actually Scottish myself, so now I have taken on a whole new interest in this beautiful country. Thanks for sharing your photos. I have truly enjoyed looking at the places I hope to see in person one day. You did a really wonderful job of capturing this country's magical, rustic charm.

Hi James, I was speaking to my cousin, Archie MacLean, and he told me that you are the brother of Ann Dickson. Wow! Excuse my American enthusiasm. What a coincidence. Anyway, I love your photos. I'll be back to Scotland soon. Oh, has your sister ever sung with Dougie MacLean. I attended a concert in Boston last month, where he sang. I even managed to have my photo taken with him after the concert. He's wonderful, as is Scotland. Keep up the great work.

beautiful images I'm organizing a tour of the highlands from Rome, Italy for 150 Italians who have never been to Scotland and have given them your web site address. I'm sure after seeing these images they will really be looking forward to their holiday. I am originally from Scotland so have seen first hand what a marvelous place it is.

Thanks for a great tour. We visited our ancestral Johnston grounds about 8 years ago in and around Lockerbie. Everyone kept telling us to visit the highlands or at least Loch Lomond. Now I know why. You've posted an exceptional gallery.
