This is a very unusual model engine. You don't see a Hopper Cooled Mogul very often and I know of only two others in existance and one of those is of a 15hp. This model is scale of a 4hp Mogul, and the other one like it 'lives in' Minnesota with Marv Hedberg. This newly completed engine by Ralph was another nominee for Best of Show.
