"This Old House" - Layed to Rest

Central Point, Oregon

I was out driving around this morning and decided to go check on the "Old House" as the owner had said they were going to push it over.....well come to find out when I got there....she was!
A Gentleman came over and told me they had done it on Oct 18th. He was also kind enough to tell me that she was built in the 1890's.....bless her pointed for standing this long.
If you would like to see other pictures of her from this summer I have attatched the link to her gallery.

Arhh what a shame I am sure this once was a house to be very proud of.
Sadly now just a pile of history instead of a home :-(

Sad it is now a heap of rubble. I'm betting there are a lot of memories associated with that place.

A little piece of history gone. Thankfully you managed a few awesome shots before the demolition.

Magnificent gallery of the old house! It was likely a thing of beauty in its day! I am glad you got photos of it while it was still standing
