The reports I've read stated that December's full moon was 20,000 miles closer to the earth than it normally is, and this is the closest the moon has been to the earth since 1993. So with this information in hand I ventured to a place where there normally isn't much light. The former North Western Pacific depot and yard near Sonoma CA. There isn't much left today, just a boarded up depot, and a few well worn pieces of equipment. The railroad it self is currently shut down, but there is hope to someday have it up and running again. Until then the ghosts of the past are the only ones who occupy The Scheville Yard.
