A night of making Truffles

My friends and I spent last night making Truffles for friends and family.

The chocolate ganache (the inner core ) was made the previous night.
This night we spent the night scraping and balling them before dipping them with
the chocolate cover and topping them appropriately.

I came home with a small container of Truffles.
