Manzanita Tree

Did a little hike to the top of St. Josephs hill in Los Gatos, to view the snowy mountains surrounding
the Santa Clara Valley. Plenty of snow on the top of the ridges as the clouds cleared.
Found some wildflowers just starting to blossom along the soggy trails.

Here is a picture of this Manzanita tree with its distinctive smooth red bark and twisting branches.
