Went back to Arastradero Preserve to checkout the Kites flying over the hills.
I think these are two different birds. The main, big bird is a Northern Harrier and the
inset birds are Kestrels. But, I could be wrong.
Really fun watching the Kestrels hover over the ground, their heads concentrating on the
ground below for any movement.
Wish I could get closer, but they kept flying to the far side of the hills.
Heard a lot of mice rustling under the brown grasses which these birds were hunting.
