I made the following changes in Capture:
-1.0 exposure comp (underexposed 1 stop)
Lightness channel to 249
D-Lighting applied (high quality: shadow: 50; highlight 1: color boost 60)
Color Boost nature: 30
Sharpening medium high
More shadow detail and more detail in the highlights.
Both images were resized 900x600 in PS and unsharp mask applied at same settings.
