THIS PHOTO COULD HAVE BEEN SO DIFFERENT!!

I stood here for an hour in very windy conditions. I was quite cold. What was I waiting for? Well, a Hurricane fighter plane and a Spitfire were supposed to fly low over this suspension bridge at 8pm. I eventually gave up after I could no longer feel the shutter button. I think it was too windy for those old aircraft. I was soooooo disappointed as that would have been my shot of a lifetime!

Still a fantastic photo and great exposure.

Sorry you missed the vintage aircraft, and I like this image. The play of light and shadow and color is quite good, and that bridge looks fascinating.

Oh wow no place like home, you must of been up on the downs somewhere for this vantage point of the gorge. What a great view, I've been meaning to get up there & take some photo's of the suspension bridge for ages. Excellent shot.

Never mind, it's still a great picture. And you got a boat in to show how big the gorge is.

This is a spectacular sight anyway. Just how high is that bridge from the water below?
