The girls got this fun dog toy (to share) from one of my friends.

The multipiece toy is a Disney, Christmas themed plate (a crinkly "flattie") with festive individual "squeekie" cookies with "mouse ears". Although the plate might be big enough for a larger dog to also play with, the cookies are a perfect sized for Chihuahuas. It's really cute.

The Twelve Days of Christmas start on Christmas Day and run until the Epiphany. They chronicle the twelve days that the Wise Men followed the star which led them to the manger where baby Jesus lay. Though entirely secular in its appearance, the Christmas carol (with this name) actually contains much deeper meaning.

Our family always believed the Christmas season continued until January 6th.
