We've gone from a sunny 80 degrees yesterday to the mid 30's today with a heavy cloud cover and on & off light rain. Although we've had very little Fall color, the seasons definitely have finally changed. The local weather forecaster said we're now experiencing January weather. Temperatures are supposed to keep dropping overnight with the first hard freeze of the season tonight. Maybe some light snow tomorrow, but definitely a continuing heavy cloud cover with on & off precipitation of some sort.

The moon is full, but you can't see even a hint of its light through the dense clouds. Today is pitch black. And so goes the end of October of 2023.
